Phyllis's Second Law- Respect Others If You Want Others to Respect You

I never got in any problem dealing with adults, and you are the first one.

I know you are a lecturer, with the title Dr. .
You got through a lot of experience when you were studying, and you managed to achieve your goal to become a Dr. , but why you don't seems to understand what students feel and what's in their mind.

Basically,
"Fun and relax study", that is what we, students looking for.

I don't mind you to be strict, to have high expectation on us, as you always mention that you guys are in A class. My questions are, "A's students never make mistake? We can score full mark in our essay? Don't we also need motivations to move us forward?"

If we are that perfect, than why are you here for? We don't need any people to guide us, we don't have to attend college classes anymore.
We are here to LEARN, not to be DISCOURAGED,
we pay to LEARN, not here for you to treat us like KINDERGARTEN KIDS,
we have SELF-ESTEEM, THINK BEFORE YOU TALK.

I met a strict teacher during my high school, she had high expectations on our class too, but for me, she did what she should do to make us do better. She gave her students GREAT AND MOTIVATING ADVISES.

She even motivated me to read more storybooks that I hated most last time to improve my English language.
I seriously miss that teacher during my high school.
To be respect by a student, please respect your students first.

The main reason to become a teacher is to deliver your knowledge to your students, not to make them having phobia with what you taught.

Do I look as if I'm mad when I don't have any emotions?
You are not the only teacher in the world, and not the only phd holder.
I respect you as a teacher, that is why I take it serious when you talk to me.
I KEEP CALM and LISTEN.
"Can you have some emotions? You look dissatisfied when I talked to you."

I was thinking, "What? You want me to laugh when you talked to me? I'm taking this thing serious now, what face expression do you want? Troll face? Clown face?"

I answered and explained to you politely when you asked me questions.
Is it that a monotonous voice sounds that I'm mad?

When I try to explain about your misunderstanding, you ask me listen, not to talk.
I just can't understand what you are thinking.
You want emotions, I talked; when I talked, you asked me to listen.
WHAT?

I also ever taught primary schools' students, not to boast, but to let you know my students love me a lot. It is because I treat my students like how I want my teacher to treat me. WE ARE AS IF FRIENDS, not students and teachers.

To the lecturer: "Hope that you understand what I'm trying to say. I'm not here to show my disagreement but to let you understand that we can communicate in another way round."

In conclusion, RESPECT OTHERS IF YOU WANT OTHERS TO RESPECT YOU.
